Frequently asked questions.
Why don’t you accept returns?
For safety reasons, we cannot resell any toys that are returned to us. Because of this, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in the toy — this includes bubbles in the surface of the toy (excluding the flat back of the base) and tears, which both impact safety. If you mail us a toy without contacting us to process a return first, we will not refund you.
What are your toys made of?
We use platinum cure silicone, body safe silicone pigments, and FDA certified cosmetic mica powders for all our toys.
How do I know if a toy is body safe?
If you're relatively new to the realm of adult toys, you may have discovered that the industry is unregulated and difficult to navigate. Most mainstream toy vendors sell a large variety of toys that are made of materials that are not safe for the human body, such as polyurethane rubber, PVC, and tin cure silicone. A few materials, when manufactured properly, are almost always safe: glass, medical grade stainless steel, and platinum cure silicone that is certified skin safe. Not all silicone is safe! Make sure that it is platinum cure silicone that has been certified skin safe - this is the only silicone that is considered body safe. It is what is used for medical devices and prostheses. It also cannot have bubbles in the surface - these will trap moisture and bacteria despite cleaning.
Our founder personally considers it a red flag if a company does not specify what kind of material they're using, or simply say it's "body safe."
How do I clean my platinum cure silicone toys?
You can use toy cleaner or wash our toys with unscented dish soap and leave them to air dry. We recommend dawn dish soap and hot water - the heat allows the toy to air dry more quickly, which is more sanitary than drying with a cloth and doesn’t introduce lint.
